Training for Junior Chancellor (PK) is a basic level PK formation training to achieve the competency requirements in the first 3 (three) years in the Junior JFPK level. This training is conducted to achieve the competency standards that must be possessed by Junior JFPK to support diplomatic and consular activities.


Training Objective or Goal

This training aims to enable participants who have different educational backgrounds to understand their duties and functions in the chancery field. The training aims to form Civil Servant Junior Chancellor aligns with the competency standards at the operational level (level 2) which includes financial management, state property, administration, and staffing in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and  Missions of the Republic of Indonesia abroad to support diplomatic and consular activities.


Requirement

The participants have been assigned to Civil Servants of the Chancery Officer for less than 3 years.
